JW Anderson offers a complimentary return service for all orders returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please ensure that footwear is returned in the original branded box and placed inside a protective shipping carton.

Log in to your account or use the guest order tracker to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully pack your items in the original packaging and include the printed return form inside the box to ensure efficient processing.

Attach the Label

Affix the pre-paid DHL shipping label provided with your order to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered.

Ship and Track

Drop off your package at a DHL service point or schedule a collection online; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
